1. What are the top 5 things to check for troubleshooting??
Below are the top 5 things to check:
a- Make sure correct device drivers are installed and SnaZio* TVPVR is detected as "Philips Protoeus (7130) WDM Video Capture" and "Philips WDM TVTuner".
b- Latest version of Snazzi* PVR software is installed.
c- Latest version of DirectX is installed or at least DirectX 9.0b.
d- Latest Service Pack is installed.
e- Latest version of Windows Media Player is installed with all codecs available.

2. Why am I getting "LifeView FlyTV Prime 30" in my Device Manager?
This problem can be resolved by downloading and installing the latest version of Snazzi* PVR software. Please register your Snazio* TvPVR and login to download the lastest Snazzi* PVR. (While doing the lastest Snazzi* PVR installation, please ensure your computer is not connected to Internet. Your Internet needs to be DISABLED.)

3. How do I check that my SnaZio* TVPVR card has been installed successfully?
After the complete device drivers installation you can check it in the Device Manager (Start - Control Panel - System - Hardware Tab) under the Games, Sounds and Video Controller Node and your SnaZio* TV PVR should be detected as:
a- Philips Protoeus (7130) WDM Video Capture.
b- Philips WDM TVTuner.

4. When I install the drivers in Windows XP, why do I always get a message that the device has not passed the Windows XP logo testing?
During the installaltoin of SnaZio* devices, Windows XP may warn that you are installaing a device that has not passed the Windows XP Logo Testing from WHQL. You have to just click “Continue Anyway” button to finish the driver installation.


5. Why am I not getting sound in Snazzi* PVR software??

Please follow the given below steps:
a- Connection: Please ensure that you have pluged-in the Audio cable from "Audio Line Out" of the SnaZio* TVPVR card to the Line-In of your sound card.
b- Volume Control: In the Volume Control, please ensure that "Line-In" and "Wave" is not muted.
c- Software: Please register your Snazio* TVPVR and login to download the lastest Snazzi* PVR software.


6. Which Operating System is recommended for SnaZio* TVPVR?
Windows XP is recommended for SnaZio* TV PVR. SnaZio* TVPVR can be operated on Windows 9x and Windows 2000 as well.


7. Is there anything I should prepare for SnaZio* TVPVR?
Yes, please make sure that you have installed the following software.
a- Install the latest version of DirectX.
b- Install the latest version of XviD codecs. You can download it from www.xvid.org
c- Install the latest version of Windows Media Player and codecs.
d- Install the latest Service Pack available for your Operating System.


8. Where can I find the serial number for InterVideo WinDVR3 software?
All the required serial number are printed at the back of the V One Multimedia warranty card.


9. Where can I locate the serial number of the SnaZio* TVPVR card for registration?
Serial number of the SnaZio* TVPVR is printed over a sticker which is pasted at the back of the SnaZio* TVPVR hardware. You can use this serial number to register your SnaZio* TVPVR with us


10. Why can't I tune to Channel 5 of Singapore Antenna?
This is a issue with older version of InterVideo WinDVR3 (To check the version of WinDVR3 installed, do a Right-click on the Control Panel and select About.). Please email to support@vonemm.com to contact us for software update.


11. What is the main function of InterVideo WinDVR3 software?
The main features of the InterVideo WinDVR3 include:
a- Tune and Watch your TV Channels.
b- Capture in MPEG-I and MPEG-II formats.
c- Schedule your recordings.
d- Burn your captured video as VCD or DVD.

12. Why my remote control is not working?
Ensure that the battery plastic is removed when first used. Please also check that your battery is working. If problem persists, please uninstall and reinstall InterVideo WinDVR3 and Snazzi* PVR. Ensure that your Snazzi* PVR is at least version 1.0.21. (You will need to register your product to download the latest version of Snazzi* PVR software). During the Snazzi* PVR installation, click OK to install driver when prompted. Upon restarting computer after software installation, click to install the driver for "Philips Protoeus (7130) WDM Video Capture"..

14. Timeshift Recording is not working in InterVideo WinDVR 3 build 473, what should I do?
Please click here to download a file (Default.rge)and follow the given below steps.
a- Copy the installation folder of InterVideo WinDVR 3 from the Installation CD to your Hard Drive.
b- Copy - Paste the downloaded file i-e Default.rge in the installation folder of the InterVideo WinDVR 3 software which you just have copied to your Hard Disk.
c- Windows will prompt you "File already exists. Do you want to Overwrite the existing one". Click Yes to continue.
d- Run the Setup.exe file and install the InterVideo WinDVR 3 application and you will get the Timeshift Recording option.
